An inquiry is not an engagement.
Gromzi accepts inquiries about legal consultation in Austin and support with legal documents. These terms separate that first contact from agreed legal work. Sending a message does not appoint the practice. It does not stop a deadline.
These terms apply to using this website.
These terms take effect on October 10, 2026. They explain what gromzi.com provides and how a request for work is considered. They are not a substitute for the written engagement agreement used for an accepted matter.
Read the service description together with the relevant scope and fee explanation. A heading such as contract review does not mean that negotiation, signing or a court appearance is included. If work is accepted, the engagement agreement identifies the work actually agreed and any limits on it.
Gromzi presents the site.
The operator is Gromzi, trading at gromzi.com. These website terms are with Gromzi. The practice handles inquiries about business and personal legal matters; the ability to accept the particular work must be established separately.
2 River Road, Unit B, Austin, Texas 82632, Austin, Texas, United StatesContact office@gromzi.com or +1 (865) 555-2505. The postal location is not a statement of admission in any jurisdiction. A visitor's location, or the location of a document or dispute, can affect whether the practice can accept an engagement.
A defined task needs a defined boundary.
The website describes legal consultation, contract review and document preparation, disputes and claims, and transaction support. Its service explanations are general information. They do not apply the law to an individual matter and should not be used as a filing instruction or a ready-to-sign legal document.
A consultation can address one issue without an ongoing engagement. A request about legal document preparation in Austin may concern an existing draft or a document that has not been written. Those are different assignments, and neither automatically includes communicating with another party.
- Consultation
- A discussion of an agreed question. Document drafting and continuing representation require their own agreed scope.
- Contract work
- Review comments or preparation of an agreed draft. A marked revision is not acceptance of that revision by the other party.
- Disputes and claims
- Assessment or agreed claim-related correspondence. A demand letter is not a court decision, and preparing a letter is not the same as appearing in court.
- Transaction support
- Agreed document support around a proposed transaction. A draft or signing checklist does not establish that the transaction has completed.
Before accepting work, Gromzi reviews conflicts and the relevant jurisdiction. That review can require the names of parties or other limited information through an appropriate exchange. Do not try to resolve a conflicts check by sending the entire case history through chat.
The form opens a discussion, not an order.
Nothing is sold or paid for on this website. There is no checkout, payment collection or online purchase of representation. A form receipt records delivery of an inquiry; it is not acceptance of the matter. Browsing, sending a message or receiving an initial administrative reply does not create an attorney-client relationship.
An inquiry becomes an engagement only after the practice confirms that it can accept the matter and a written engagement agreement is agreed. The agreement states the work and fee basis. Any required engagement steps must be completed before work starts; silence from the practice is not acceptance.
The website publishes no binding quote. Any preliminary figure discussed before engagement is an estimate, not an agreed price, unless it is expressly confirmed in the written agreement. Do not send payment based on an unsolicited message that appears to refer to this website.
Keep the agreed scope available for reference. If the question changes, or a document review turns into negotiations, ask for the scope to be addressed before assuming that the additional work is included.

Fees follow the work actually agreed.
Scope and fees are agreed before work begins. Fees are expressed in USD. The site receives paid traffic from Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads. It publishes no offer of a free consultation, hourly rate or flat fee, and it does not offer a contingency arrangement. The charging method and applicable costs are confirmed in writing before an engagement is agreed.
- Legal consultation
- The defined issue and consultation length determine the proposed fee basis, confirmed before booking.
- Contract review and preparation
- Document length, drafting scope and agreed revisions determine the proposal. Reviewing an existing contract is not priced as an unlimited drafting assignment.
- Disputes and claims
- The records requiring review and the agreed correspondence or procedural work determine the fee basis. Court representation is not assumed to be included.
- Transaction support
- Transaction scope, documents and required coordination determine the proposed fee basis. Work beyond the agreed documents requires clarification.
Outside costs, including any applicable filing charges or third-party expenses, are addressed in the engagement proposal rather than silently included. Applicable taxes and other charges must be identified in that agreement. No website figure overrides the written scope or supplies permission to incur an unspecified expense.
New records, additional drafts or a wider task can change the proposed fee. Ask for the effect of a scope change to be explained before proceeding. Fees purchase the agreed work, not a particular decision or result; the no-guaranteed-outcome section below applies.
Advertising brings visitors here, not permission to store data.
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send traffic here today. Their click identifiers are gclid (Google), msclkid (Microsoft) and fbclid (Meta, where a campaign runs there). Advertising does not change the engagement boundaries or promise a legal outcome.
Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC provides Google Ads and receives consent signals. Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd provides Microsoft Advertising; its own handling is covered by the Microsoft privacy statement. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd provides Meta Ads.
Consent Mode v2 holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until you allow storage, and sets them back to denied the moment you decline or withdraw. Global Privacy Control (the Sec-GPC header) is honoured as an opt-out without asking again. Read Cookies and storage choices to change your preference.
A deadline keeps running after you click send.
An inquiry does not pause a filing deadline. Nor does a chat conversation, an automated receipt or a request for more information. Do not wait for a website response when a filing or response date needs immediate attention. This site is not an urgent-advice channel.
Before an engagement, do not assume Gromzi is calculating, monitoring or meeting any deadline. If the practice accepts work that includes a procedural step, the scope and responsibility for that step must be clear. Work on a demand letter does not by itself include filing a claim before a limitation period expires.
Dates can depend on service, receipt or other events that a brief inquiry does not establish. A deadline typed into a website field is not confirmation that it is correct. Use an appropriate source of timely legal assistance rather than treating a pending inquiry as protection against missed time limits.
Send the outline, not the evidence file.
Use the form or support chat for a short description of the work requested. Leave out confidential documents, account numbers and detailed case histories. An initial website message is not an agreed secure channel for matter records, and these terms do not promise that an unsolicited message is privileged.
Chat is for initial questions, not a claim that someone is continuously available. A technical delivery receipt confirms only that a message was stored. A reply about how to arrange contact does not mean the practice has reviewed the facts or accepted responsibility for the matter.
If further information is needed, agree an appropriate way to provide it. Do not send another person's sensitive records merely to ask whether the practice can help. The privacy notice explains how inquiry details and chat records are handled. Optional advertising permission is separate from permission to use a message to respond.
No legal outcome is guaranteed.
The work is not a promise of a result.
Gromzi does not guarantee a court decision, a settlement, another party's agreement, or completion of a transaction. No success rate or influence over a decision is represented. A proposed strategy remains subject to the facts and applicable law.
The website and its general information are provided as is and as available. Gromzi does not warrant that the website is uninterrupted, free of every error or suitable as legal advice for a specific matter. A service description is not a representation that a particular claim has merit or that a document will be accepted by another person or authority.
There is no outcome warranty, money-back guarantee or automatic fee waiver advertised here. There is therefore no guaranteed-result claim procedure. A concern about the work performed or an agreed fee should be raised with Gromzi using the contact details below and the applicable engagement agreement. This does not remove any rights or remedies provided by law.
Illustrative photographs show the kind of materials used in legal work. They are not authenticated views of Gromzi's premises, a record of client matters or evidence of qualifications. Links to third-party policies and resources do not make their contents legal advice from Gromzi.
These limits do not waive protected rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gromzi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from inability to access this website or reliance on its general information as though it were advice on a particular matter. Do not rely on a page remaining available to meet a deadline or preserve a document.
This website limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not prospectively limit professional liability in an accepted engagement, excuse fraud or intentional wrongdoing, or override duties imposed by applicable law and professional rules. No fixed monetary cap on liability is stated here.
The terms of an accepted engagement, together with applicable law, govern the work undertaken. If an engagement term and a general website description differ, raise the difference before relying on an assumed scope. The website cannot enlarge or quietly reduce the task that was agreed in writing.
Use the contact routes for genuine requests.
You may read the information and make a genuine inquiry about the available work. Do not use the site to impersonate another person, send threats or submit information you have no right to disclose. A legal inquiry is not permission to circulate another person's private records without a proper basis.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the website's operation, introduce malicious code or use automated submissions to overwhelm the contact routes. Do not probe for nonpublic records or attempt to retrieve another visitor's chat using a token that is not yours.
Accurate reply details help the practice respond. If you discover a technical fault, report the page and the behavior without attempting to obtain further private data. For ordinary access problems, the accessibility and website assistance page provides a separate route.
Reading permission is not republication permission.
The site's text, design and Gromzi marks belong to Gromzi or are used with permission from the relevant rights holders. Photographs and other supplied materials remain subject to their owners' rights. No claim of ownership over a third party's mark or policy arises from referring or linking to it.
You may keep a personal reference copy of public service information and these terms. That does not authorize republishing the site, removing ownership notices or presenting its words or photographs as your own practice materials. Ask before using the logo in a way that suggests an association with Gromzi.
Ownership and permitted use of documents produced during an engagement are addressed by that engagement and applicable law. A public description of document preparation is not a license to any client document, and no client file is offered for download here.
Ending contact is different from ending agreed work.
Gromzi may refuse or restrict website access that threatens security, involves abusive use or attempts to obtain information without permission. It may decline an inquiry following a conflicts or jurisdiction review. Submitting the same matter repeatedly does not require the practice to accept it.
Cancellation or termination of an accepted engagement is governed by the engagement agreement and applicable law, including any professional obligations that apply to withdrawal. These website terms do not create an automatic cancellation fee or promise a refund. Ask how completed work and any committed outside costs are addressed before giving cancellation instructions.
Closing a chat, clearing browser data or no longer visiting the website does not terminate an engagement. Give instructions through the agreed communication route and obtain clarification about any outstanding step. Restricting access to the site does not itself cancel statutory rights or relieve the practice of duties in an existing engagement.
Keep your own documents and instructions.
Enquiries and their email copies are retained for 24 months. Chat transcripts are retained for 6 months, and server and access logs for 90 days. A browser consent-choice record is retained for 6 months. These are website record periods, not a promise to maintain a complete legal file for an unaccepted inquiry.
Do not treat support chat as the only copy of a document or instruction. Its browser token helps return to a conversation; clearing that token can remove that route without deleting the stored transcript. The retention of an accepted matter's documents is addressed through the engagement and applicable legal obligations, not inferred from the chat period.
For website personal-information handling, read Privacy. For optional storage, read Cookies. Declining optional storage does not stop Gromzi from receiving and keeping a message that you choose to send for a response.
Texas law governs these website terms.
These website terms are governed by the law of Texas, United States, with disputes heard in the courts of Austin. This website-law provision does not determine which law applies to a proposed legal matter or establish that Gromzi may represent someone in the matter's jurisdiction.
Mandatory rights that cannot be displaced by an agreement remain in effect. The place where a visitor reads the website may carry applicable privacy or other legal protections. Nothing here requires a visitor to waive those protections as a condition of sending an inquiry.
A disagreement about agreed legal work may also involve the engagement agreement and applicable professional rules. Contact the practice with the issue and the relevant agreement before assuming that a brief website description settles the question.
A website revision is visible by date.
Changes to these website terms are announced by publishing the revised wording here and updating the amendment date. Check the date when returning to a service description or preparing a new inquiry. You may keep a copy of the version you read for personal reference.
A website update does not silently rewrite an existing engagement agreement or remove accrued rights. Any change to accepted work must be addressed through the applicable engagement process. A change to optional-storage handling is explained through the storage notice and consent controls, not treated as consent merely because these terms have changed.
Ask which boundary applies before proceeding.
Questions about these terms can be sent to office@gromzi.com or raised by calling +1 (865) 555-2505. Name the section and describe the point that needs clarification. Keep confidential facts out of the first message.

For access to or deletion of personal information, use Data request. A data request is answered within 10 days; that period is not a promised response time for a legal inquiry. You may complain about privacy handling to your state Attorney General or to the California Privacy Protection Agency in California.
To discuss legal consultation or contract review in Austin, start with the type of work and a way to reply. Acceptance and jurisdiction still require confirmation. Do not send a full document until an appropriate exchange has been agreed.
